What other websites does my house go to?
Other websites will pick up your information, sites such as Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Propertyshark, Yahoo, AOL, and a host of online services, then all Realtors belonging to the MLS will also post your listing, companies like Coldwell Banker, Re/max, Douglas Elliman, Coach etc…

What happens if I want to switch from a flat fee listing to a regular listing?
No problem, we can refund your entire amount and market your home through our company, The Executive Group Realty or if you prefer, we can list your home through any one of our Realtors in our database.

How much do I have to pay you?
$ 300.00.

Do you offer any other services?
We offer consulting services, we offer printing services, Open Houses, Signs and advice.

What if after you post the house on MLS I change my mind and I don’t want to sell it?
You own your home, you can do whatever you want, we can remove it anytime you wish. The fee is non refundable at that time since we will have already posted it. But if you let us market it, we can refund your fee at closing.

Do you handle relocation?
We do, we can help you find a house anywhere in the U.S.
